- Gutta Water Based Contour Lining Medium For Silk Painting
- Air dry in approximately 30 minutes. Iron from the back side for 5 minutes on cotton temperature setting. This will render the coloured gutta resistant to washing and cleaning.
- Water Based Guttas can be used on all types of silk
- Water Base Guttas are used directly from the tube and nozzle or from a pipette and gutta nib
- Can be used on glass, China, Porcelain, Tile, Metal, Ceramic, and most heat-stable surfaces
- The colours give a true appearance and are permanent
The Water Based Guttas have a thick consistency and are used to create outlines. The colors are pearlescent. The Guttas are used directly from the tube and nozzle or from a pipette and Gutta nib. They flow readily into the silk fibers forming a barrier to the color. It is applied afterwards. All the Guttas can be washed after having been iron fixed with the exception of the colorless Gutta which is designed to wash out leaving a white line on the fabric where it has been applied.
